Eric is a highly motivated and experienced water engineer and project manager with nearly two decades of experience delivering water strategies and infrastructure projects in remote and complex settings. His work is grounded in technical excellence, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to sustainable outcomes.

Eric is based on Ngunnawal Country (Canberra) and works as a consultant across Australia and the Pacific by providing economic, strategic, engagement and evaluation expertise to various governments and organisations.

Eric works for the World Bank Group as a water and sanitation expert providing technical expertise and operational support to the World Bank Pacific Water Team including in-country experience.

EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN REMOTE AUSTRALIA

Eric lived in the NT for 11 years, including 3 years in Alice Springs. As a Program Manager for Power and Water Corporation, Eric was responsible for developing its water infrastructure investment program for its 72 remote communities, focusing on increasing water security to support a $ 1.5 billion investment in remote housing.

During his time in the NT, Eric delivered a range of remote projects across the territory, ranging from the upgrade of water and sewer systems to the delivery of advanced water treatment plants, the upgrade of waste stabilisation ponds, and the expansion of sewer outfalls in very sensitive Aboriginal areas (Arnhem Land).

Track record in stakeholder and community engagement

Eric has extensive experience engaging with stakeholders and communities, navigating political, social, and cultural sensitivities and developing strategic project delivery methods to reduce risks, costs and delays associated with the remote context.
